Soundtrack Pro 3: Unexpected alert when exporting to MP3
Symptoms
Sometimes when you export to MP3 format, you may get an unexpected alert saying the file was not exported.
Products Affected
Soundtrack Pro 3.0, Final Cut Studio (2009), Logic Studio (2009)
Resolution
Even though the alert message says the file was not exported, in some cases it still exports. You may find the file on your hard drive in the location you specified. If you cannot find the exported file, try exporting to another format such as AIFF and use Compressor to convert it to MP3.
Additional Information
For instructions on how to use Compressor to convert a file to MP3, see MP3 Transcoding Workflow in the Compressor 3.5 User Manual.
