Summary
If you experience one of the following symptoms, it is recommended that you restore your iPod shuffle.
Products Affected
iPod shuffle
- iPod shuffle shows a solid green light when turned on that does not turn off.
- iPod shuffle shows an alternating green and orange blinking light. (Normally this means you haven’t used iTunes to sync music to iPod shuffle. If that’s the case, then sync first. If you have synced music, then continue reading.)
