Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007 may not display contacts and calendars without refreshing after syncing with MobileMe, iPhone, or iPod touch
Symptoms
When syncing Contacts or Calendars from MobileMe, an iPhone, or an iPod touch, to Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007, changes that have been synced to your computer may not appear in Outlook even after the sync has been completed.
Products Affected
iPhone, iPod touch, iPhone 3G, MobileMe Sync, Microsoft Outlook 2003, Microsoft Outlook 2007
Resolution
If you encounter this issue, you will need to "refresh" Outlook. This can be done by following these steps:
- If Outlook is running, quit and reopen it.
- From the Go menu in Outlook, choose Folder List. Or, click the Folder icon in the lower left portion of the Outlook window:

- In the folder view, expand your contacts and calendars. Your contacts groups and all your calendars should appear.

- Click Calendars or Contacts again in the Outlook navigation window to return to your normal view. Your contacts or calendars should now appear.
If these steps do not resolve this issue, you may need to quit Outlook and reopen it again.
