May get alert stating “Unknown Error (-50)” when syncing from iPhoto to iPhone, iPod, or Apple TV
Symptoms
When attempting to sync iPhoto content to any capable device from iTunes, customers may receive an alert similar to the following : "The iPhone ‘Customers iPhone’ cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (-50)."

Products Affected
iTunes 8 for Mac, iPhoto ’09
Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, update to iTunes 9 or later.
