iPhone OS 2.0 or later: Exchange ActiveSync email attachments do not download
Symptoms
When using an Exchange ActiveSync account, email attachments may not download. Tapping the attachment to start the download shows a spinning wheel which never stops.

iPhone, iPod touch, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch (2nd generation)
Resolution
Ensure your Exchange Server meets the system requirements: Exchange Server 2003 SP2 (or newer) or Exchange Server 2007 SP1 (or newer).
